About Rapid Fire Home Buyers
Who We Are
Rapid Fire Home Buyers is a locally rooted team of home buyers, problem solvers, and community builders.
We buy houses as-is – even the ones others won’t touch – and help homeowners move forward when traditional options fall apart.
That includes homes facing:
But buying houses is only part of what we do. Every home we purchase is an opportunity to improve a neighborhood, restore value, and help both sellers and communities move forward.
Our Mission
Improving Communities One House At A Time
Rapid Fire Home Buyers was built on a simple belief:
When you help homeowners through difficult situations, you also strengthen the communities they live in.
We do that in three meaningful ways:
01
Restoring Distressed Homes
Many of the homes we buy are boarded up, neglected, or severely distressed.
We take properties that are often eyesores or safety concerns and transform them into livable, well-maintained homes for families – adding real housing inventory back into local neighborhoods.
02
Giving Back Locally
Our team volunteers quarterly with local nonprofits and donates regularly to organizations supporting seniors, families, and animal shelters in the communities we serve.
When there’s a need, we show up.
03
Our Annual Home Giveaway
Each year, Rapid Fire Home Buyers gives away a fully renovated home to a deserving family. This isn’t a marketing stunt, but a reflection of who we are and why we do this work.
Leadership
Joseph Back
Founder & President
Joseph founded Rapid Fire Home Buyers to create a better option for homeowners who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or ignored by traditional real estate.
With a background in real estate investing and sales, Joseph saw firsthand how many sellers were left without real solutions – especially those dealing with damaged homes, inherited properties, or time-sensitive situations.
His focus is simple:
Do right by sellers
Be transparent at every step
Build a company that helps people and neighborhoods thrive
That philosophy still drives Rapid Fire today.
